It just started SNOWING!!!

4c and chilly but we have a clear blue sky this morning..
Sunny but cold and breezy
Again it bright and clear and 5c this morning..
freezing here heat is going and I have hot coffee in my hand.:hopxmas:
Blooming :cold: and starting to get dark....can't wait till we can put on the Christmas lights...

Looks like the sun is starting to come out. We got some light rain overnight
rainy today, high low to mid 70's
gloomy and a little rain today. SO glad I finished my outside decorating because we likely won't get too many more nice, warm days to work with.
Ended up being a beautiful warm, sunny day. If I was done with my gardening - I would have started on my outside decorations

We are having HORRIBLE weather right now with a tornado watch until 8:00 pm and still possible hail and strong winds after that. It's depressing!!! It's moving east, so watch out Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Lots of wind today...It's bringing in a wave of Canadian air that is going to chill us to the bone!! I had to put several extra reinforcements on many of my lawn decorations.

I'm grateful that it wasn't worse. Today it's 41 °F (Feels Like 33 °) and winds are 15 mph; it's overcast. Later it should be partly cloudy and 46 °F.
It's sunny and cold here.

This happened in South Bend.
The family was home at the time.
Even this morning it is still roped off with tape, because firefighters say it is unstable.
Even the neighbors weren't allowed inside their home, because there were concerns the tree could shift and fall more because of the high winds.
The family that lives there -- two adults and their teenage son -- were inside a front room when the tree fell. They ran to a closet. The teenager made it out, but his parents were stuck inside.
Andrew Heather lives two houses down. He saw the aftermath and knew he had to get them out.
He told us he ran around to the back to help them out of the house, but the upper level had collapsed into the rest of the home.
“I couldn't believe they walked out of there,” said Heather. “Looking at it from the inside, coming in from the back of the house. I would say very lucky, very lucky indeed.”
Heather got a ladder and helped the family out through the closet window...
