Woo! Bring it on!
Mike, do you have a website where we can watch the progress of your construction as well as seeing previous incarnations of your tree?
Mole - look under Christmas Decorations- Christmas Time in Canada. Youll see his posts from lst year. Look at 11/27/09 to see the gorgeous tree! You can also click on his name and then View all his posts.
Welcome back, Mike!
I tried following those instructions but got lost, that can easily happen to me.

Was that the one you was looking for? :)
Hello everyone :) The fun is almost ready to start. I apologise in advance for the details. I had the electrician over today to give me some more juice for the tree. I now have 45 amps in the livingroom. The hydro bill is not going to be pretty lol

The electrician was surprised as he has never had a request to add circuits to a livingroom for a Christmas tree :)

This is the new electric box in the livingroom. The two sockets on the left are the standard 15amp connection. The 2 sockets on the right are 15 amp splits.
I can't wait to see the step by step decorating photos. :christmastree:
I'm looking forward to seeing your pics, Mike! I saw your pics from last year and they were stunning.
Thanks for the nice comments :) It is almost 1am out here snd I have just finished taking down and packing up the Halloween decorations. I managed to hurt my lower back on Friday so I am moving sround here rather slow. I am hoping to have enough strength to get all of the sections of the tree hoisted into position by lunch time. Pictures to start in the morning once I get some sleep :)
