Hi Christmas friends. Had a very nice Christmas. Today is my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. We will be attending a party for her tomorrow!

Hey, friends! Been a while since I’ve been on, and I’ve missed this place!
Hi everyone. Been busy these last few months. Had cataract surgery in October and November and had an extraordinarily LONG recuperation period - vision was very bad for several months! My daughter got engaged in early December so we have started planning. Besides Christmas and New Year's Eve, we had my Mother-in-law's 90th birthday party. My Mother-in-law fell yesterday on a city sidewalk. She is in the hospital now with a minor brain hemorrhage, concussion and facial bruising. She is having further tests. My nephew is getting married next month - so we have a bridal shower coming up next weekend. Today is the Super Bowl, so I've made some treats for the game! On top of this all - we had some issues with our living room furniture. We did get a store credit - but only have 9 more days to use it before it expires! I am tired!!
Been a very busy end of the year/start of the new year as well. Had a family from Colorado move in with us while they get settled in South Dakota. Husband, wife and daughter. Plus three dogs and the female became pregnant and so now we have an additional eight puppies. I'm glad we are able to help, but won't lie and say that when they finally get their own place, I will relish the quiet for awhile... :my lord:

My family and I do. On July 25th we have a get together with some friends. Have a nice in home dinner then drinks and cookies. Holiday movies play through out the night and we also get to use our Ugly Christmas sweaters. Good times.
I had a few friends and we one year did an ugly Tank Top variation... lol
