yes (and a few years ago, when my older son was visiting us for Christmas, he and I sat up wrapping presents and laughing our heads off most of the night because
we wrapped up plain white socks for each of my two youngest, and wrote "from great uncle ned" on the tag. there is no such person as great uncle ned, but
we thought socks was just the type of thing that some old uncle named ned would give for christmas. then, to see the questioning look on their faces when they read the tags and opened the wonderful gift. uncle ned????
