I haven't started yet but don't plan to wait until the last minute either. This year, I need to get something for my friend's newborn.

Not yet. But this morning I heard an advice on the radio : start shopping now for Xmas, for prices always grow up in november and december. I 've also received today the first toy catalogue in the mail box. :elf3:
