Spiced Pecans

1/4 cup sugar
1Tbsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 cup pecans

mix spices and sugar in a small bowl. Add nuts a few at a time to egg
whotes and rub between fingers to coat thoroughly. Toss nuts in bowl of
sugar And spices to coat thoroughly Place nuts on a buttered cookie sheet
and bake in preheated oven 300 for 30 minutes.
