What is a digital photo frame? Are an ifinite or a finite number of images stored in it? Does it plug into any electrical outlet?

There you go..you can store many photo's on it without the need of printing them out.
How many it can store is dependent on the size of the memory. But you can use a memory
card or USB drive to boost the capacity of the memory.

my parents got one, and they are using it all day long- keep it open&running with their granddaughter pictures. they enjoy it a lot!

oOhh I might get one of these for my Nan :-) I'd have to put all of the photos on it for her as she us useless with technology, but I think that'd be cool :)
