HaHa - my husband is crazy for my fruitcake - so there won't be any left to send. Homemade is FAR superior (and expensive to make)! You wouldn't even realize that they are both fruitcakes!

When you freeze stuff, what do you freeze it in? Glass containers? Do you then pop them into the microwave to defrost sort of like the frozen dinners they sell at the store?

Yup, they are all in microwaveable plastic containers. 1,2 and 3 compartments.
