The wooden Santa is handmade. A friend of mine from the US made it for me when we worked together.

Here are some more photos. I'm almost done with the indoor decorations. Only my daughter's little Christmas tree left and one for my son that I haven't bought yet. So what you see is the wreath of the front door, I haven't put the Christmas lights up yet. The third photo is decoration that I leave up year round.
