Hey guys! Happy Monday! I just spent the weekend watching QVC's Christmas in July, so now I am feeling real Christmasy today...anyway I have a question...

What is the most unusual thing you decorate each year? For example, I see several big rigs that have wreaths on the front of them and I just bought my mom a reindeer car set...which has a set of antlers that goes on in the front door windows and a big red nose to attach to the front grill, so she will have a "Rudolph SUV" :rudolph: this year...anyway, I was just wondering if any of you decorate any non-traditional items?

Please share...

To be honest, I do not know if this is unusual, I just have not seen something like that in any house decorated for Christmas...

Every year, I hang Christmas grooms on the walls of the living room and hall.
I attach 2 photos from my Christmas album... :rudolph:

I decorate my hamster cage. I dont know if this is unusual.

That is cute...it would be cute if you had a small plastic Christmas tree to put in the case...but you might already do that...

I have been known to put a Christmas wreath on the door of my dog's pen outside! No reason for every creature not to be festive! :elf3:

That is cute...my thought is if it sits still it is fair game for decorating!

Our tree is extremely eclectic, we have everything from small stuffed animal angels to elegant bejeweled droplets. However, we went to Atlantic City last September and we bought an oval porcelain ornament from Cesar's Casino. It is painted with the image of Cesar in a charriot drawn by 12 horses, but it is airborne ala Santa and his 12 deer.

We buy at least three new ornaments a year. Each different and usual but the one from Cesar's got more comments than any other on the tree last year.

Wow! That might also be one the most dangerous items you decorate, too! Try not to fall!:elf3:

:snowman: I don't think I do anything unusual but I ran across this idea when I did a Google search.

Is that foam in the bath or cotton wool? A great idea but you'd need to be able to easily remove it to use the bath!

I love that idea MCD - maybe it's all one piece and can be easily thrown in and pyulled out of the tub!

I have two bathrooms in my house and one is seldom used. If I put a snowman in the tub, I'd put it in the tub that is almost never used. It isn't foam. I think cotton wool is or is like what we call polyester filling and that's what's in the tub.
